We also believe that we are primarily in the people business and through our business we have an opportunity to have a real impact on our team and our guests and community. 

We are focused on adding value to our team members by developing a culture of care and helping equip them with leadership and life skills. We provide a number of intentional care resources to our team members to help them be successful inside and outside of work. In addition, we work 1-1 with our team members to lead them through our leadership growth path. 

We also are passionate about winning the hearts of our guests by delivering an experience that exceeds their expectations. We focus on providing great food served quickly and accurately in a refreshingly clean environment with genuine care and hospitality.

Growth Process



Our top leaders and Owner/Operator will lead you through a carefully crafted development process designed to equip you to be an effective leader who is empowered to make a difference in the business and in the lives of others. In this process you will be lead through the four levels of leadership: leading yourself, leading others, leading teams, and leading organizations. 



Once you graduate from your initial development experience, you will be given real ownership in the business and an opportunity to have a positive influence on those around you and produce business results. This is where you will craft your leadership story and gain the experience that you need to rise to the next level in leadership. 



With our development process and some real world experience under your belt you will be ready to think about your future. You will be equipped to pursue senior restaurant leadership roles, corporate staff roles, or owning and operating your own Chick-fil-A restaurant. Our Owner/Operator is committed to working closely with you to help you accomplish your professional goals.

Chick-fil-A Glastonbury's Owner/Operator

Jordan Snook is the Franchise Owner/Operator for Chick-fil-A Glastonbury. Jordan has over 15 years of Chick-fil-A and leadership experience. He was introduced to the company when he began working for a Chick-fil-A restaurant in high school. He was quickly captivated by the the company and the opportunity to learn and grow as a leader.


"As I learned about Chick-fil-A through my experience working there, I discovered an incredible company with a heart for people. Chick-fil-A is a company that is dedicated to having a positive influence on people - their team members, their guests, and the communities they serve. I also found a company that was willing to make a tremendous investment in young leaders to equip them to accomplish their dreams."


After receiving his degree in business management and finance, Jordan returned to Chick-fil-A to pursue his dream of owning his own restaurant. He worked in leadership in the restaurant for several years to learn everything that he could about the business. Then, he had the opportunity to serve in the Chick-fil-A, Inc. Leadership Development Program which is designed to equip leaders to be competitive to apply for their own Chick-fil-A restaurant franchise. In the Leadership Development Program, Jordan was challenged with leading and opening restaurants all around the country.

"The Leadership Development Program gave me the opportunity to develop and empower leaders to lead their teams to excellence in serving their local communities. I had the chance to do this in a wide variety of contexts all over the country. It was incredibly rewarding to see the leaders that I worked with grow and accomplish great things in their businesses." 

After serving in the Leadership Development Program, Jordan was given the opportunity to lead a franchise of his own. In July of 2018, Jordan and his team grand-opened the restaurant in Glastonbury, CT. Since the restaurant opened, Jordan and his senior leadership team have been focused on serving their guests with excellence, caring for their team, and developing leaders.

Chick-fil-A Glastonbury has a clear process to equip people to pursue opportunities within Chick-fil-A. These opportunities range from restaurant leadership positions, corporate support staff opportunities, and Chick-fil-A franchise ownership. Jordan has successfully navigated this journey himself and is dedicated to help others achieve their leadership ambitions.
